i am not an aspirant of css as i am searching this forum for the nab jobs being over aged 32 years of age. I cam across an objective MATER AND ENERGY can be converted into each other there were four options so i just decided to share my knowledge it may be right or wrong. but it is my idea

the relationship of energy and matter is given by the eienstine equation E=MC SQUARE this states that the matter and energy are changeable from one state to another but he also stated that the matter can be changed into energy but energy cannot be changed back into the matter. its my point of view
