the relationship of energy and matter is given by the eienstine equation E=MC SQUARE this states that the matter and energy are changeable from one state to another but he also stated that the matter can be changed into energy but energy cannot be changed back into the matter. its my point of view
pardon me if i am wrong

Dear!
I regret, but it is my painful duty to inform you that your postulate is wrong. Energy and matter are interchangeable. When nucleus is broke up into its particles (by adding/bombarding it with high energy rays called as Energy Defect) then total mass of seperated particles taken alone is more than the parent nucleus. The energy of the rays is added up as mass to the divided particles increaing its mass.
Conversely, when sub-nuclear particles are added up to again form the nucleus then some amount of energy is released and the resultant nucleus is less in mass than the total sum of mass of individual particles that made up that nucleus.
Hope this explanation would help you get my point.
