They didn't short a big number of candidates eligible for the position. They should at least take NTS from all of them who were eligible. it seems that bank of Punjab transferred all the resposibilities to NTS as they were receiving thousands of Applications. They just adopt luck draw method instead of scrutinizing all the applications as it is less time consuming.
