yeap.. I agree with u Sunny4kb.
I was hired as young adviser in last batch. Now i am getting 14000 salary after 2 months.. It is surely target based job.. but ur Performance evaluation is not made on monthly basis..
Your evaluation is made after one year ... if u achieve the target in one year than u become permanent with salary of 18000+ commission..
if not achieved target in one year than u will be given experience letter and will be terminated as well..
But Fund Manager's experience has proved very helpful for me..
