All applicants will go through a rigorous recruitment process which will include:

i) An IQ Test
ii) Assessment Center
iii) Panel Interview

Candidates who do not clear the IQ test will not be called for the next round i.e Assessment Center. Similarly, candidates who do not succeed at the Assessment Center activity will not be selected for the Panel Interview.
