In CSS we need to write with some perspective and one book will never give you a wider perspective on a certain topic. one book if i recommend would be Ikram Rubbani's one but as it would suffice for covering whole syllabus of Pak Affairs but if you have time( which i hope at that stage you have if you are appearing for 2013 attempt) then you must go for both of these...
