Dear NCBMS stands for National Consulting For Business & Management Solutions...

Its an Govt Consulting Organization which conduct the tests for induction in Govt Institutions and Organizations.
EOBI is the Client of NCBMS. Currently NCBMS is conducting test for EOBI..
These both Organizations are not same.
