so if a group is further down in ranking, does that mean there are more chances of getting that group.. for example, i have foreign service on number two and apparently most of the people have PAS and PSP as their top two preferences .. so if i stand at the 77th merit number and as per rumors around 80 seats are available for psp and pas, will i gt into foreign service?
