Those notes are very comprehensive and very expensive too as I've collected due information about that notes .Actually, I've done L.L.B from IIUI in 2011 and asked my friends about
Arabic Notes by Professor Dr. Inaam ul Haq Raazi
especially prepared for CSS Aspirants. But I sincerely tell you he (Dr. Inam ul Haq) is charging Rs.2000/- for each copy.
It was mentioned by someone in any other thread too that he is charging Rs.2000/- but I didn't beleive and later on I contacted the professor through many IIUI Arabic Department students and personally too. It is correct that he is charging Rs.2000/- and he'll not short even a penny.....

But in the end my humble suggestion is
"Paas To Pata nai Hona Hai Ya Nai ... Why To Waste So Much Money On Those Notes"
Still if anyone wanna have those notes tell me I'll manage to provide you people for Rs.2000/- plus TCS fee....
