I think most will not favor the later but i have a reason to ask this! Indo pak first portion is totally dull to study and the answers to those questions will never quench the appetite of the examiner. But the good thing is that IndoPak and Pakistan Affairs paper overlap and make things easy! What will you have to say " Is it worth discarding Indo Pak and study two different subjects [PA + Journalism] and expect things to work rather than get low scores thinking that Indo Pak and Pakistan Affairs paper overlap and make preparations easier thus going through a jargon of historical events?
