It is a good book, you may study this. However, it is not enough. If I divide Pak Affair syllabus, it would have following look:

1. Religious Reformists; Educational Movements etc
2. Pre-Partition Historical Events
3. Post Partition History
4. Current Issues

So, I would recommend following books for Pak Affairs:

1. Ikram Rabbani (First 4 chapters only)
2. Struggle for Pakistan by IH Qureshi
3. Political and Constitutional History of Pakistan by Hamid Khan OR Political History of Pakistan by Hamid Yousuf (Former is a lengthy book however latter is concise)
4. Keep yourself abreast with current issues through Dawn and Current Affairs Digest by Dr. Safdar Mehmood
