ELIGIBILITY: Both male and female including disabled persons having at least 2nd Division Bachelor’s Degree between the ages of 21 to 28 years as on 31st December, 2014 (i.e. a candidate born on or before 31st December 1986 and on or after 2nd January, 1994 will not be eligible). The upper age limit may be relaxed by two years in the categories mentioned in rule-4 provided with the application form.
Date of birth of Mr. Rehman is 21/12/1986 and he will be of 28 years on 20/12/2014 and as per first statement of FPSC on 31st December the candidate should be between 21 and 28, in this case Mr. Rehman is qualified to appear in 2015 but in the second case FPSC's rule says, (i.e. a candidate born on or before 31st December 1986 and on or after 2nd January, 1994 will not be eligible) because his date of birth is before 31st Dec, 1986(21/12/1986), therefore, he is not eligible for 2015 Exam-2012.
I've prepared the calculations for next years on the basis of the advertisement of
FPSC for CE 2012 by changing the years. Please, examine it and let me known if your find further errors, will try to cover that.
