very simple.... what i understood is that its all about Qouta .... for instance there are 10 seats of Sindh Rural and they have decided to initially call 10 candidates against one seat then they would call top 100 candidates irrespective of the minimum marks it can went as low as 50... they have used same formula for all provinces and for punjab due to high result last candidate who would be called can have 55 or even 60 marks........ its my calculation based on personal analysis....... regards
