brother Ravian i respect your views and i am of the considered opinion that all bureaucrats have only one function that is to serve the nation and nothing else if we will indulge in these petty matters that who is superior than we are not fulfilling our responsibility towards the nation time has come that we should rise above cadre and rank disputes to ameliorate the sufferings of the poor people of Pakistan who have suffered a lot in the past 65 years
