4. The car ran over the Dog.
Answer: The dog was overrun by the car.
5. The army passed by the town.
Answer: The town was bypassed by the army.
NOTE: The car ran over the Dog and The army passed by the town.. These two sentences have prepositional phrases, Ran over and passed by, which consist of a verb followed by a preposition. But, in passive voice construction these prepositions change their places and are put before the verb and form a single word with them. i.e. overrun, bypassed.
