Just to make one thing clear for you, my friend. The receipt which TCS gives you after you've submitted your documents to them for delivery to a particular destination is sufficient proof. This is because TCS is a reputable company. Everyone knows and accepts that TCS delivers the documents to the recipient and you get a confirmation via text message that TCS has completed its job. If it is unable to make delivery, it gives you a reason for not being able to do so. This is the stance courts take with regard to delivery by TCS.
Having said that, I am not going to bother sending my documents again. Submitting once is enough. We can all see that Waqas is being extremely cautious. I, however, don't want to irritate the people involved in the process by sending them my documents again. I can see Waqas is making sure that there are no loose ends on his side which is why he's taking so many precautions but that's his choice.
