there is no need to quote , but yes it is good to quote it shows knowledge .
i gave papers without any Quote any definition by any author any Ayat any Hadith and without case law still i got 69 and friend of mine gave paper without any bookish material that is necessary in law , he got 74 .
So dear give valid points with good knowledge this is enough for good marks , but again giving references is good but not necessary
