i think they are just measuring personality traits. on the model of big five personality traits.....me too confuse becoz i had 35 strongly disagree, 35 strongly agree, 15 disagree, 13 agree and two neutrals that were abt police....
five traits are..
Closed-Minded Open to New Experiences
Disorganized Conscientious
Introverted Extraverted
Disagreeable Agreeable
Calm / Relaxed Nervous / High-Strung
now considering the questions one must go for strongly agree and strongly disagree, because no one wants to be on negative side.
if someone say that its extremism then i don't know what should be the answers of questions like...
Tends to find fault with others
Does a thorough job
Is original, comes up with new ideas
Can be somewhat careless
..Is relaxed, handles stress well
..Is full of energy
Starts quarrels with others
.Can be tense
..Is a reliable worker
.Is generally trusting
...Tends to be lazy
...Can be cold and aloof
..Does things efficiently
Remains calm in tense situations
..Gets nervous easily
Is easily distracted
.Is politically liberal
its doesn't mean that i am right by marking so many st agree and at disagree but the situation demands lots of strongly agree or strongly disagree. if someone try to be in the middle by just marking on agree and disagree itsor neutral then it might be possible the result lies in the middle, it means he/she doesn't know abt their personality so how they can be able to do justice to others?
that is my point of view, may be i am totally wrong.
