I want to ask if I need to take the NTS GAT separately and the CWS test that will be held by NTS on 30th september? Or just taking the test on 30th september enough. Moreover, can I report my TOEFL score in lieu of IELTS, or do I have to take the IELTS necessarily?
I'd appreciate if the seniors may guide me.

Re-check your Quant and Verbal score of GRE-ETS. It is not given in such scale. You are scaled 130+. How you land in 80's?
