According to HEC CGPA To percentage Conversion method:


GPA range of 2.50-2.87 out of 4 is % range 60-69

The SBOTS advertisement mentions converting existing CGPA to equivalent percentage. 60 % is eligible.

In that manner a 2.5 CGPA would be 60 % and hence should be eligible.
