SARMAD SAHB: There is a huge difference between "http" and "https", not a merely letter S. they are two different protocols. Websites are blocked through their IP Addresses. Those IP Addresses are denied on countries gateway. Huge websites like Google, Youtube and facebook have multiple IP Pools located over different locations, mainly in India, Dubai, UK, USA, Malasiya etc. So what gateway's authorities do, they take the IP address of these websites through DNS severs and insert them in denied IP Address list, Hence sites are blocked.
I have tried to open the youtube many times through HTTPS, but have failed. When you open the site through HTTPS, means you are being servered by a server whose IP Address have not been inserted in denied IP Addresses list over Country's gateway. So we need those IP Addresses.
and for professionals, I would like to say "jitna gurrh utna meetha". jab aap k professional ki salary Police k constable jitni ho gi tou sites bhi aisay hi block hoin g,,,,
