The aim of this program is to recruit young talent and to develop and train them to assume future leadership roles within the Retail Banking Group. As part of the RBO Program, you will go through comprehensive class room and on job trainings.

As part of the RBO development plan your career path will be clearly defined. The performance of all the RBOs are closely monitored and regular feedback and coaching will be given to you so as to enable you to achieve your career objectives.

What comes next?

You will receive a call from our Regional Head Office and will be required to go there for a pre employment medical checkup

Please ensure that when you go for you medical, you have the following documents with you.

1. A clear copy of your CNIC and your original CNIC

2. 2 passport size photographs


It is imperative that you take ALL the above mentioned documents with you otherwise you will not be able to appear for the medical.
