Well fellows see if the examiner has awarded low marks then we cannot do anything about it, but if such a deduction has been done by anyone else then we have the right to challenge it. See most of the failed candidates have been declared fail in eng(p&c) some have been declared failed in it as well as other subjects but a good number has been declared fail in only this. It seems that this is the subject that has been targeted this year. There were rumors that earlier around 1400 candidates were to clear the written but then marks were deducted from english from all candidates and the number was reduced to 800. We want to make sure that no such deduction was was done that deprived many of us.

The argument is that FPSC has no right to make any such deduction in a specific subject after the examiner has awarded the marks.Please all such who have only failed in eng(p&C) in css 2012 be part of this effort.
