You cannot do anything but you will delay this process more which already had taken a year now. And will put US who are selected for interview in to tension.

And we again have to wait to get this thing selected and it will be minimum 6 months if not more than that as you know the system of Pakistan.

And in the end I don’t think that you can win against the NAB. Which is experienced in dealing with things like that like the dealt with a recent petition of their own employees. And they must have a lot more experienced and well known lawyers from what that of yours.

You will just end up wasting you money, time and over time as well.

And even if you win what you think that they will select you? They will simply screen you out in interview.

This is a request don’t go to court.

Rest is up to you.

Thanks & regards.
Dear you do not need to stop others because it is their right, and you do not worry it is not something unusual. For sure, this petition will not impact this hiring process, and all the petitioner will dubious there future hiring in NAB/NAC too, because these sensitive nature organizations are very much concious towards such steps by employees/candidates, NAB junior level officers who went into court can explain you well. However, my humble advice to the petitioner(s) that you go to court, but do not become sacrificial animal on behalf of any one else, make spectators players with you, and whosoever is ready to give you advice, put his/her name, CNIC, roll number and signature on the writ petition. Rest depends upon you. Thanks
