Psychological result does not have any link with higher marks in written....

If you search on internet the normal and abnormal personalities you will see that people who very below average and very above average both are considered as abnormal personalities.....

Normal IQ level is 100....

If one is having 150 or above IQ level he is also considered abnormal and a person having below 70 IQ level is also considered abnormal....

So both the extra genius and dull considered as abnormal personalities....


In the psychological test those who choose the most option as Strongly Agree and Strongly Disagree fall in the above and below average category....


Similarly every psychological test has a rating scale for personality test one is the average and other two are below and above average....

The candidate who fall in the scale of average are considered suitable and above and below are considered unsuitable.....
