yes you can apply on the basis of masters not on Mphil, becoz they need your transcript. if you are aplyng on the basis of Mphil thn you must have to attach Certificates of Mphil. do apply on the basis of masters now, jb scolarship k liye form fill krna tb Mphil show krdena form main. filhal jst test k liye hai form.
