Include your positive points in the response. Some attributes are more desirable in civil service like ability to handle the pressure, patience, discipline, analytical skills, quick learning, team work etc. Before the interview, you will also have Psychological test where they will try to elicit all such information from you and thus the interview panel will have some glimpse of your personality traits even before start of the interview.
In Autobiography, you may include any thing which may portray a strong personality suitable for civil service. You should mention all things mentioned in my earlier post including your hobbies, strengths and interests.
