dear fellow as i earlier mentioned the notification alongwith all the degrees that falls within the catagory of equivalance to masters, it is very much clear from the reading of the notification and nothing is left to be consider. that is exact wording of the HEC.
so without any further confusion and wastage of time every must do his work that is applying for the post. that is final verdioct of the HEC that these are equivalent to Masters.
