Yes the armed forces pays had been revised, but these pays cannot be compared with civil officers because a civilian officer at counterpart ranks of Lt/Captain usually get pays ranging from Rs.20000 to Rs.30000/- except for certain departments, where officers get risk /special allowances like PSP etc, whose pays are a little bit higher thn other civil services.
