It is clearly mentioned in the add that selected candidates may be posted anywhere in Pakistan depends on requirement. Medical facility for parents as well as wife and kids. As far as training, detail is available in page 3 of add. Accommodation is available at training centre but after training it depends on availability of the same. But 60% of the basic pay is paid as house rent if you are not residing in CAA's accommodation. Regarding PG 7 and 8, they are equivalent to BPS 16 and 17 respectively. CAA has recently revised pay scales of staff and officers therefore, I am not 100% sure but as per my rough idea it should be 60 thousand plus for PG-7 and approx 70 thousand for PG-8.
