hmmm, in today's scenario this is comparable to Chinese political system . But then you would need a well organized political party which has an ideology that has great influence over the state, tight grip over the economy, no political opposition and great appeal for the masses, in other words, an 'authoritarian' government. Unfortunately we don't have such a thing .
