lekin jb wo contract mai 20-25000 salary likhain gy tu wo bound hongy utna pay krny k liye.....2ndly i've heard k BOP ka salary pakage plus bonus, allowance etc kafi acha hota hy....3rdly, ye govt bank hy so its better than MCB
