it is not the reality. it is possible that they draw 100% of basic pay but 34000 RS.... it can't be happen
as i am my self junior clerk in Federal Govt with 3 years service. now the first basic pay with allowances of fresh junior clerk BPS-07 is approximately as under
Basic Pay Rs 6000
C. Allowance 1850
Medical A 1000
House Rent 1580
Other Annual increased
Budget Adhoc Allowances 3000

Total: 13439 Per Month
with the special Allowance of 100% add Rs 6000/-
it reach approximately Rs. 19439/= Per Month for Fresh official
