Moreover nation states stresses bilateral relations and resolution of genuine ties in between them. I'm sure you are aware of the issues between Pakistan & India, And between Pakistan & US, the recognition of Israel is not even in the bottom of the list.

If you think that Pakistan has not been recognizing Israel just because of her relations with Arab world then one should keep it in one's mind that countries like Jordan and Egypt have already recognized Israel.
