First of all,in PMS,all optionals carry equal marks means 200
You can replace geography with any one subject
Now coming to the point
Geography is far better than the both subjects you mentioned.
My marks details
In CSS-2009
Paper 1= 73 
Paper 2= 64 
In CSS-2011
Paper 1= 80 
Paper 2= 73
