1.the win of the team has boosted up the morale of the country.
however win is a noun in dictionaries as well, but my sixth sense always incline me to use it in this way.
the winning of the team
likewisE . word "Count" is also a noun but we tend to say
The counting has started

Why we use ING form in the structure of
The noun-ing of.
