ASF Officer told me that Psychological test & interview will be on the same day.1st of all,ASF will provide you Psychological test sheet.In Psychological test,There might be some sentences to check your mind presence & approach.Either it is positive or negative.It might be like ISSB(But only a bit,Not full ISSB type)There might be incomplete senteces...e.g.Army is ...... department..SOLUTION..Army is disciplined department.There might be questions like..Answer the following questions in YES or NO.Do You lack self confidence?Do you often change your interests? Do you like working alone?Do You prefer reading to meeting people?.....etc..After few minutes or 2,3 hours,there will be interview of candidates.....NOTE:It's random information of a senior ASF Officer.In psychological test,they can ask various questions e.g...there might be a story writing for given picture & etc.
