Probably there is lot of irrelevancy in this outline with great room of improvement. A little point-wise critical effort has been made in following lines to improve it;

i). Better to replace word 'lot' instead of 'slot'.

ii). Instead of making it a separate heading, add it as a sub-point of point of 3 or rephrase this heading e.g. 'current state of politics,' or 'present scenario,' or 'today's democracy' etc.

i). Sub-point b: If we have a general comparison of world, our media is very free and outspoken, which is often cause of misinformation and disinformation. Resultalty, media is playing a very bad role. So, the word 'free' should be erased from sub-point (b) and sentence rephrased.

ii). Sub-point c: Mutual consensus and cooperation among parties for what? For strengthening democracy or for waiting for their turn to fill their bank accounts!

iii). Sub-point d: Who will change the dimension of current politics from ritual/tradiationl politics? Perhaps a bloody revolution!

iv). Sub-point e: Charter of democrary was an alliance against the rule of General Pervez Musharraf, and has lost its value and validity.

v). Sub-point f: Unveiling lotacracy, floor-crossing, & horse trading? Unveiling from whom? Everybody knows it from politicians to journalists, from executive to judiciary, and from rich to poor.

i). Steps taken by 'current government or current parliament' !

ii). Fledge of COAS? (sub point c & g) what role is played by government for this?

iii). Has judicial activisim strengthened democracy? What is role played by government on this account?

iv). Asghar Khan verdict? Will it strengthen democracry? when the beneficiaries are not given any lesson?

v). Relinquishment of Doctrine of Necessity? Was there any need for any such thing in current Parliament period? Or did any body try for this?

vi). What did Balochistan Package for bringing Baloch leaders into main stream?? Mengals six points or anything else!

vii). Consensus and collaboration or good politics .

i). Is this heading useful for writing on this topic?

ii). Least interest! Are we having any proof that previously the international powers played great role? Who were these powers!!

iii). Paradigm shift? HOw come? What are multipolar blocs!! Really there is no military intervention anywhere? Iraq and Afghanistan? or Libya? or now current example of Syria trouble??

iv). How Arab spring awakended Pakistanis? If it has awakened then why there is no revolution in Pakistan? There is perhaps no comparison of Arab Spring with Pakistan or is there any!

v). Funcationalism and Regionalism are stopping wars? Which wars? what is it having link with democracy in Pakistan??

Is there normalization in Indo Pak relations? and what is this monopolization of sizes of armies! .
