Yup! SBP BSC is in urgency of selection.... becoz of the reason that major portion of SBP hiring was in the years of `978 to 1982 and they are almost near their retirement age... Average age of SBP BSC is 54 years... N specially in last year 20% of their staff is retired... During my internship at SBP BSC i meet staff members and 75% of those had crossed 25 years of their service... Some are more than 30 years.... So we can expect a bigger batch from SBP now :P
