abi tak koi call nai ai bt we have to join from 7 as was written on offer letter

i have received tcs letter from officers training institute about timing of training which is 8.45 am at 7 january and those who is outside the lahore will report at 6 january for allotment of rooms.and received call from OTI about confirmation of receive of letter
