Arthur is very much right. Your encouragement won't work. Let the aspirants know realities and be bold enough to face them. Merit is the word which is not found in dictionary of our province. I know well about the way this test was conducted. Anyways; I would suggest all the aspirants to work hard as Allah is there to reward you. Have faith in Almighty.
