please guide me how these questions should be attempted...

Both of these questions will not be attempted in same manner. In first question, you will have to give a historical reference of Mughal Administration that it was somewhat culmination of experiments made by former Muslim Sultans at Delhi, you can give little reference of Slave Dynasty thn later ones, but not all dynasties were instrumental in making administration system more improved. Notable figures who contributed positively for administration were Aibek, Altitmash, Balban and the Allauddin Khilji and Muhammad Tughlaq. Then the most important person was Sher Shah Suri, whose administrative system was quite mature and valid. The Mughal Administration got fame due to Akbar administration, which adopted many of the policies of Sher Shah Suri.

You can make headings for answering this question. Give a small introduction thn give a paragraph of Slave Dynasty giving hint of three important kings (as mentioned above) thn in next para give little reference of Allauddin and thn in next para give reference of Tughluq. Next para may give little reference of Lodhis, but Lodhis did not have much important reforms. After Lodhis, whBabar and Hamayun had little time towards administration, but Sher Shah made much contributions, which were adopted by Akbar.

Introduction (there is no need to give any heading for introduction)

Slave Dynasty (A couple of lines about slaves, thn important ones Aibak, Altitmush and Balban. )

Khilji (Allaudin)

Tughluq (Muhammad)

Shah and Lodhi dynasties (nothing important)

Sher Shah /Suri dynasty (great administration. Land system/mansabdari system of akbar was adoption of Suri etc)

Conclusion

For attempting next question, remain specific to Mughals, their administration, finance etc, you can find many useful material for good books.

Regards
