Who says that by changing the voice we don't make modifications?
we use definite article "The" when a certain thing is typical of someone, love is done by the lovers thus lovers will be preceded by Definite article The...

Forum doesn't have any screening method to evaluate the mental capacity of the person who are becoming the members doesn't mean that you will do against the decorum of forum...
