Dear for making ur interview a good one u should try to answer the question in same language in which they ask.If they ask in eng,go for answering them in eng and if they ask u any question in urdu then u can use urdu there.

And for improving ur speaking skills try to conversate in eng with ur fellows and family members as much as u can.
