it clearly shows d impact of higher degree one possess...n i think for JST candidates with masters degree will b prefered than graduates...might b....not sure.
while filling d form of JST i have noticed the professional qualification column MANDATORY was written there in subscript which means candidates with professional degree will b prefered over non professionals...
