2) English Topic: Progress In Information Technology Has Deteriorated Our Moral Values
I initiated the discussion and spoke twice.

Command Tasks:

We were 8 in group, so from 8 command tasks at least 4 were repeated.

Mine Task was: Being A Concerned Authority In Education Department Formulate Strategy To Control Cheating During Examinations.
I took my turn on 2nd number and presented my task within time and also added 2/3 suggestions from the members.

Other Tasks Were:
1) Labours of a mills on strike demanding two months bonus, currently getting bonus for one month only, mill administration dismissed two labour leaders, strike is on the same day and same route on which a religious procession was scheduled. u hav insufficient security forces. As a DCO hwo to tackel this problem?

2) Case of abduction of girl who was sold to other country. Now on international level our image is deteriorating. So what measures may be taken to deal with the abduction and rehabilitation of the girls after recovery.

3) CDA ambitiously initiated a housing project in the outskirts of the town for the labourers who earn 600-1000 Rs. daily. The basic lay out, planning and infrastructure of the project has been laid with the help of government funds. Due to some budgetary constraints government cannot allocate more funds for the project and has issued a directive announcing that it cannot dump more money in a project from where there are no chances of recovery. As Chairman Capital Development authority you have to chalk out a plan to tap resources and arrange the money to complete the project without government support.

4) A prisoner escaped from police custody and the alleged criminal is from a rival sect and sectarian based strikes are taking place, how can you as a police officer pacify the problem

5) Customs officers are charging 35% on import of sanitary goods and company B is objecting that its 10% higher than normal. So being concerned authority devise a charging mechanism and resolve the issue.

6) There is a problem of Industrial waste near the town, which is spreading diseases in public. How to solve this matter?

7) World is objecting that Pakistan being the signatory of international labour laws is violating them. So measure should be taken.

After a break of 40 minutes we had interview..I was on 6th number.

My interview went for 18 to 20 minutes and was mostly general and personal and was asked 3 to 4 questions from psychology and sociology and 2 to 3 questions from current issues. It was taken both in English and Urdu. It went quite well.

10. Population of hindus in Sindh?
11. What about hindu religious teachings? Do u agree with them all or have objections?
12. U said u have many muslim friends, so any1 from them has converted to Hinduism or any1 from them has ever tried to persuade u to accept Islam?
13. Do u think that there is freedom in Pakistan?
14. If u have given authority what steps will u take to create interfaith harmony?
15. Why u failed in first attempt and did u change ur optional subject for 2nd attempt?
16. How did prep for css? Did u join any academy?
17. U had IR in first attempt, so tell wat do u know abt india-pak relations?
18. What factors are responsible behind recent violations at LoC?
19. Do u read newspaper? What about the verdict of the recent rape case?
20. What do u know about Pak-Afghanistan relations?
