My reaction more often is like that:
I take a deep breath and say to the other person that we should discuss the matter some other time.And when I meet the next time with the person concerned there is a greater chance of sobriety.In this way I manage my anger.

However,there is much difference between anger and anxiety.I leave it up to you to search the difference between the two.
