the issue has two aspects;

1. Active role of Pakistan's foreign ministry on international forum regarding Kashmir.

2. Deviate from making 'Kashmir' as central point in our defence policy.


now, when I say deviate from Kashmir as central defence policy, it does not mean that we should diminish our focus from Kashmir. But bring the attention of the nations to the issue by talk and general awareness at international forums. This needs a paradigm shift in Pakistan's foreign policy and defence policy.
