After reading between the lines, one cannot make an assumption that the officer was not behaving like an officer. However, the lady official was not behaving well and there should be initiation of some disciplinary proceedings against her on charges; as to why she was absent from duty and wandering in streets; why were she not putting on proper uniform; why she misbehaved/created scene etc. And she should be given some major penalty. ... (i think so
) But as it seems the under training officer gave concessions to that lady official and whosoever he was, he behaved very well (bravo man)...
