There won't be any sort of general knowledge.
Pattern would be:
HRM, Management, Strategic Management, OB and Marketing 70-80%
IQ based questions 10-20%.

And for Accounts Officer replace the first portion by Financial Management (studied in MBA courses of govt universities) and Accounting (Meigs & Meigs).
IQ will be on same pattern.

But those who applied for both posts won't be considered for both, MBA Finance etc (where competition is cut throat as CA(Inter) with three year articleships are in the race) will be considered for Accounts and those with MPA,MBA (HR) & MA (HR) shall be in the pipeline for Admin officer.
